Download and install VTube Studio from Steam, then launch it and allow camera access for face tracking.

Load Your Model
Go to Settings and use Model Import to load your Live2D model files into VTube Studio.

Set Up VTube Studio for Streaming
Adjust tracking sensitivity and smoothing in Camera Settings, and enable a transparent background in Background Settings if needed (use a green screen if not).

Enable Virtual Camera
In Settings, enable Virtual Camera so VTube Studio creates a virtual webcam.

Install and Set Up OBS
Install OBS Studio, add a Video Capture Device source, and select your VTube Studio virtual camera as the device. Resize and position your model in the scene.

Set Up Streamlabs Source
Log in to Streamlabs, add a new source, copy the widget URL, add a Spout2 Capture source, choose VTube Studio, and click Done.

Test Everything Before Streaming
Move your head and mouth to confirm your VTuber model follows your movements, test your mic audio, and run a quick local recording to double-check everything before going live.

Apply Pro Tips
Use soft, even lighting for better face tracking, lower VTube Studio settings if your PC struggles, set hotkeys for quick expression changes, use a green screen if transparency does not work, and do practice streams before your debut.
